GaN, Solid State Power Amplifier: SSPA 0.2-2.5-200

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an ultra-broad bandwidth, GaN, solid state power amplifier from Aethercomm. Model number SSPA 0.2-2.5-200 operates from 200 to 2500 MHz and delivers a typical, saturated output power of 200 W. 

Designed and tested to withstand MIL-STD-810 high shock and vibration requirements, small signal gain is ~60 dB and operating voltage is 50 Volts DC. The SSPA 0.2-2.5-200 is offered in a modular housing that is approximately 5”(width) by 9”(long) by 1.5”(height). The RF input connector is SMA female and the RF output connector is Type N female.
