Pair of High Performance FEM: SKY65933-11 / SKY65943-11

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a pair of high performance front-end modules (FEMs) from Skyworks Solutions. With frequency coverage of 1559 to 1606 MHz, the SKY65933-11 and SKY65943-11 provide amplification and filtering for GPS L1, GLONASS, Galileo, Compass and QZSS navigation systems.  Out-of-band rejection of key frequencies is up to 80 dBc.

 Both devices utilize Skyworks TC-SAW filtering for temperature compensation, providing dependable performance in applications such as wearables, action cameras, drones, asset trackers and personal navigation devices. Extremely low leakage current of 1 uA extends battery life. The SKY65933-11 runs from a single DC supply voltage of 1.5 to 2.85 V with up to 14.5 dB of gain and 1.9 dB Noise Figure. The SKY65943-11’s supply voltage is 1.62 to 3.3 V. The device offers up to 16 dB of gain and 1.7 dB Noise Figure.
