SP4T Switch: PE613050

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for pSemi’s tuning control switch. The PE613050 is a single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch designed to improve front-end performance in radios using multiple antennas supporting a variety of wireless protocols.

Utilizing this switch, dynamic impedance tuning techniques may be employed to fine tune RF signals for maximum signal transfer and optimized efficiency. Operating from 100 MHz to 3 GHz, the PE613050 exhibits very low ON-resistance of 1.6 ohms and low insertion loss (0.25 dB at 900 MHz).

Capable of handling almost 8 W of RF power, this open-reflective switch supports RFID readers, bypassing applications, tunable matching network and tunable antennas. Offered in a 2 x 2 mm QFN package.
