Digital Phase Shifter: TGP2109-SM

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a digital phase shifter from Qorvo. The TGP2109-SM offers 6-bit resolution with 5.625 degree LSB. Designed to support commercial and military radar in the 8 to 12 GHz (X-band) frequency range, input P1dB level is 29 dBm. IIP3 is >40 dBm while insertion loss is 6 dB.

The TGP2109-SM comes in a 4 x 4 mm QFN package but is available in DIE form as the TGP2109.
