200 W Pulsed Limiter: TGL2927-SM

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TGL2927-SM, a 200 W (pulsed) limiter for radar applications in the 2 to 4 GHz band. Manufactured by Qorvo using VPIN technology, the TGL2927-SM offers low insertion loss of <0.6 dB with a high return loss of 15 dB. With a low flat leakage rate of <18 dBm, this limiter protects receive chains in both commercial and military S-band radar.

The Qorvo TGL2927-SM is offered in a 4 x 4 mm, plastic over mold, QFN package.
