Matched Amplifier: TQP9418

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an internally matched amplifier from Qorvo. The Qorvo TQP9418 spans a frequency range of 1.805 to 1.88 GHz with an output power 27.5 dBm.

The TQP9418 offers a best in class linearity of -48 dBc ACLR at 27.5 dBm. With 31 dB of gain, the TQP9418 draws 455 mA from a 4.5 V supply.

Applicable for small cell base stations, booster amplifiers and repeaters, this device is packaged in a 14-pin 7 x 7 mm plastic package.
