1 W Ka-band Power Amplifier: TGA4537-SM

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 1 W power amplifier from Qorvo. The TGA4537-SM operates from 29 to 35 GHz with an integrated power detector for power monitoring.

Requiring no additional matching components, the Qorvo TGA4537-SM serves point-to-point radio and Ka-band satellite applications with 18 dB of gain. The TGA4537-SM draws 1100 mA from a 6 V supply with a Psat of 31dBm.

This amplifier is available in a 5 x 5 mm plastic QFN package.
