Low noise DC-7 GHz Programmable Prescaler

The Centellax UXD20K is a ceramic, leadless low noise DC to 7GHz programmable prescaler with divide-by-1, divide-by-2, divide-by-4, or divide-by-8 division ratios. It is used as a fixed modulus prescaler in high frequency PLLs, and in the divide-by-1 mode as a limit amplifier. The low phase noise makes it ideal for generating low jitter, synchronous clocks in telecom applications.
