24 to 40 GHz Active Frequency Doubler

The DC bias required for the doubler is +12 Vdc/170 mA and the harmonic emission is 20 dB below. The doubler is equipped with an SMA (F) input and WR-28 waveguide output and measures 2.0” (L) x 1.0” (W) x 0.60”(H).

The models with output up to +23 dBm and frequency range up to 110 GHz are available under different model numbers.
