150M utility meters in China to get 2-way communications between 2013 and 2018

China is the world’s fastest growing automotive market and the high growth in vehicle sales in the country is driving the growth in connected in-vehicle telematics and infotainment systems fitted in cars. Aeroflex supports ZUC algorithm verification in LTE base stations

Aeroflex Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aeroflex Holding Corp. announced that the Aeroflex TM500 LTE Test Mobile supports the ZUC encryption algorithm to ensure the security of user data. In the ZUC encryption algorithm test of TDD-LTE Stage-II large scale trial of the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Aeroflex TM500 LTE Test Mobile tested and verified the eNodeB produced by the first Chinese manufacturer.
