Barry Industries introduces an ultra-broadband, DC to 60 GHz chip termination for microwave applications. The uniquely designed TV0404FA-50R0JN-91 has been third-party tested to show a typical return loss of 18.5 dB or better over a DC to 60 GHz bandwidth.

The AV0904GA attenuator has been characterized to 30 GHz, features gold wirebondable I/O terminals with epoxy mount ground pads and is rated to 750 mW. Typical VSWR is 1.20:1 from DC to 18 GHz and 1.50:1 to 30 GHz.

This 50 ohm impedance device is RoHS/REACH compliant and is rated at 250 mW on a 100°C mounting surface temperature.

QFN Package Model
The PKG-BAI-QFN5532-001 is a simulation based equivalent circuit model of Barry Industries P/N QFN-5532-050x molded 5 mm Quad Flat No lead (QFN) surface mount package. Ansys HFSS 3D simulation data was used to create model. Simulation results and model validated against measured data to 40 GHz in multiple measurement environments.
